ADHIKR

(Ar-Ra'd) 13 : 12
هُوَ الَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ

He is One Who shows you lightening, with fear and hope, and He generates raining clouds.
